About Me:
Though I work with Raytheon Professional Service (in Troy, Michigan) as an Instructional Designer of learning development courseware, my primary passion and work is as a Social Captial Performance Consultant with the consulting group I co-founded with my wife, PowerSource Solutions.

Through this group I've worked with a few organizations thus far to optimize their capital connectivity performance - discovering and strategically connecting all their physical, financial, human, and social capital asset resources to improve performance. This involves conducting a social capital analysis – including social network analysis, organizational culture assessments, and examination of motivational incentives, followed by the coordination of comprehensive solutions to capital connectivity issues and opportunities, with special attention to community developement that improves stakeholder and end user value.

Hi Brian,

I am an organizational consultant exploring how network analysis can be used to uncover opportunities and diagnose problems within organizations, especially as it relates to Talent Management programs and interventions. I would be interested in learning about how PowerSource Solutions came to be and what software you've been using for your analyses (and also what SNA measures you're interested in). Would you be open to connecting sometime?

Sounds interesting, yes, would like to see it. My dissertation was on centrality and performance, working with a Raytheon network (performed an ONA with a small group). I'd be glad to share my findings if interested.

Hello, I wanted to introduce myself, I'm also at Raytheon in Dallas, TX (Program Management), and have worked with Tracy Cox at RPS. Glad to see you on the member board! Looking forward to talking sometime.
